This week I got one gold in my mangahigh task! The task I did was pretty hard. The task is called Recognise Regular Polygons it was easy when you found out what to do!

This week I have completed 2 of my mangahigh tasks with golds I am proud of this because it is pretty hard to get golds on mangahigh! I also got a bronze in the hardest fraction task I have done!

19.4m wave recorded off New Zealand

19.4m wave recorded off New Zealand Just south from New Zealand a company have recorded a 20m wave. It says it was created by the same storm that hit New Zealand. The new Zealand defence force was in collaboration with the company that found the 20m wave. They said they found the wave halfway between New zealand and Antarctica. It also says that the waves combine to make the southern ocean waves among the biggest waves in the world. On the 22nd of may they recorded the 20m wave. The highest wave recorded is 25m tall it was recorded last year in the North Atlantic Ocean between Iceland and the UK. if you were wondering how big 25m is it is about as tall as a 8 storey  building.

I think I have achieved a lot this week the thing that I was most proud of was I got a gold medal in mangahigh! I also completed a few of my goals from last year!  

Matariki

MATARIKI is a form of stars. it is beautiful Word of the week: Matariki   Type of word: noun Synonyms: Pleiades Meaning: Matariki is the Māori name for the cluster of stars also known as the Pleiades. It rises in mid-winter – late May or early June. For many Māori, it heralds the start of a new year. Matariki literally means the 'eyes of god' (mata ariki) or 'little eyes' (mata riki).

Weekly Reflection  This week I think I have achieved quite a lot because I finished my hard mangahigh task that took me like 4 attempts to do the task. I think I have done pretty well this week getting most of my mangahigh tasks done!
