Richie Mccaw

1 . He's a good leader because he listens to all the people in his team and never gives up on someone example, ( if there was someone in his team he didn’t like he wouldn’t ignore them he will let them have their chance to speak )

2. His notion was that his whole family didn’t really like to talk about what happened at school today etc,

3. If he didn’t win something he would get angry, example say if he was like 11 he was in a 100m race and he lost in the movie he said he would of got really angry at his mates!

4. He is also a great leader because he trained lots, ( example he would push himself even when he got tired even when it hurt.  

5. He said his friends would make fun of him because they said they would become an all black.
