Rugby On Tuesday's and Thursday's my rugby team train. On Tuesdays we train for fitness and passing skills so we can get fitter before the game. Thursdays we practice our tackling and passing. my favourite day for rugby training is tuesday, why because I want to get really fit and really fast. and I don't really like Thursdays because you get hurt quite a bit because the first thing we do on thursdays to start the day we tackle and I hate going up against big people because they just smash you.
