The milk bottle challenge *homework* Over the last week some Whetuteans have been doing a little project including me anyway I'll start talking about my project! My idea for the homework is a tank I just have nowhere to put the milk bottle in! I’m nearly finished I just need to find a place to put my milk bottle!! There has been one challenge what was it? it was trying to put the hull and the tracks on!   Photo

My string art blog I came up with my design because my name on instagram is pineapples. And why because pineapples is one of my favourite fruits. The process I went through was first coming up with my design. Second is getting a piece of wood. Third nailing your nails in the wood. Fourth winding string around the nails it was hard because sometimes it slipped off the nails. Fifth getting your photo taking. This is your finished product.  

Lot’s of New Zealanders Celebrate Queen’s birthday on the the 1st Monday of June. Her actual Birthday is 6th June this year but next year it’s 5th of June. we Celebrate Queen’s Birthday on the 6th of June or first Monday. It’s not the same in all Countries because is other Queen’s in other Countries but the Queen of UK is the Queen  of all Queen’s. What i'm planning in the long weekend  is to go to as much friends houses as I can go to.

I'm really proud of my learning this week because I finished my IXL early and working on my maths follow up. It's a hard follow up I only have to do three more rows until Thursday. It seems long but It's not because we have Kapa Haka and this other thing on Wednesday. So I  basically need to get it finished tomorrow.

Idrive Idrive is a fun thing to do but the sad thing is that idrive is only on Fridays. Last week I did  lawn games it's not what you think it is it’s checkers and dominoes. But there was a twist you had to make a game. Me and Ryan .T made a game called checkers but a different kind but I have forgotten the rules. Next Friday when we do idrive I'm gonna do zentangle if I can or else blocks. I can’t wait until Friday.

                                         In the holidays. In the holidays I went to my nans house and picked up my cousins from Waihi beach I saw ryan there on his skateboard with hamish and his mum after that we went and picked up my cousins and got food from the food place I got lollies and more lollies.  when we got back to nans house I went toby's house. We played xbox 360 and couldn't turn It on so I throw a wall nut at caitlin because she wasn't helping me and being mean. One of my cousins ran home and told nan and nan picked us up. So we went home and played on the computer. In the holidays callum L. Why is Easter awesome? Because you get lots of ‘’Easter eggs and jelly beans’’ but at least I do. When did Jesus die? On Good Friday. But came back to life on Easter Sunday. I think that's why there’s Easter. Why do we celebrate Easter? Because Easter is a Christian holiday that  promises them that they’ll get eternal life. What is Good Friday? Good Friday is also known as Holy Friday. Jesus was crucified on Good Friday. What is Easter Sunday? Easter Sunday is when we celebrate Easter. What is the relevance of hot cross buns and easter eggs? Hot cross buns represent when Jesus died on the cross. Does my family have any traditions? Yes my family has one tradition, on Easter Sunday we have an Easter egg hunt. Does the Easter bunny visit my house? Yes he gives me lots of Easter eggs.

Pluses Minus Interesting/ideas This week was fun because i  got go to thames valley I came 2nd or 3rd in backstroke. What I didn’t like about this week was that I didn’t have a really good week i'm hoping that I have a better week next week. I liked it when we got to do rotations that was interesting.

Last week was nps swimming sports. I came 2nd in Breaststroke but got disqualified and 3rd in Freestyle and Backstroke. My house is Owera and our chant is (what does Owera do win win win i can't hear you win win win were gonna throw you in the bin bin bin.)
